Google typically displays the first 50–60 characters (about 600 pixels) of a title tag. Titles shorter than 30 characters may leave SEO value on the table; titles over 60 characters will be truncated with "…" in search results. The sweet spot is 50–60 characters.
Place your target keyword as close to the beginning of the title as possible. Google's algorithm puts more weight on words at the start of the title, and users scan the beginning when reading search results.
