Open Graph (OG) meta tags are snippets of HTML added to the <head> of a page. They control how your content appears when shared on social media. Key tags include og:title, og:description, og:image, and og:url.
The recommended Open Graph image size is 1200ร630 pixels (1.91:1 aspect ratio). Facebook and Twitter use this as their default card image. LinkedIn uses the same ratio. Images should be at least 600ร315 pixels.
Twitter Cards are separate from Open Graph tags but work similarly. twitter:card (set to "summary_large_image" or "summary"), twitter:title, twitter:description, and twitter:image control how links appear in tweets.
