Meeting Cost Calculator

Each attendee's annual salary is divided by 2,080 working hours per year (52 weeks × 40 hours) to get an hourly rate, then divided by 3,600 to get a per-second rate. All attendees' rates are summed and multiplied by elapsed seconds.

The calculator shows salary cost only. Total employee cost (including benefits, office space, equipment) is typically 1.25–1.4× the salary. Enable the "Include overhead" multiplier for a more realistic estimate.
